Maxime Descloux

Maxime Descloux has a long and varied work history. From 2009 to 2019, they have held various roles in different industries. From 2009 to 2006, they were an Automaticien at BlueBotics and BOBST. In 2014, they became the Owner Principal of Brasserie du Lance-Pierre, a Lausanne-based artisanal brewery. Maxime also worked as a Filmmaker in 2014. In 2015, they were a Civiliste at Pro Velo Lausanne, where they were responsible for overseeing migrants in an occupation program and running a bicycle repair workshop. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Civiliste at La Manufacture - Haute école des arts de la scène. In 2017, they were a Brewer at BREW BY NUMBERS LTD. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been the Head Brewer, Shift Leader, and Production Brewer at The Five Points Brewing Company.

Maxime Descloux obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cinématographie et production de films / vidéos from ECAL - Ecole cantonale d’art de Lausanne between 2011 and 2015. In July 2015, they also obtained a Bachelor en écriture et réalisation from ECAL University of Art and Design Lausanne. In July 2009, they obtained a CFC Automaticien from BOBST. Maxime is also certified with an IBD - General Certificate from IBD, which was obtained in 2022.
