Rui Monteiro

Rui Monteiro is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager at The Fladgate Partnership since March 2023, Rui previously held roles including Consultor Greenbuilding at Kerakoll Group and Senior Construction Project Manager at Construções Vila Maior, Lda. Rui's career includes significant positions such as Founder/Owner/Manager at COLMONT - Construções Oliveira Monteiro and Project/Construction Manager at Cobelba - Soc. Const. Civil, S.A. A solid background in construction management is complemented by a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, obtained from 1990 to 1998.
