Paula van der Knaap- van der Ham

Paula van der Knaap-van der Ham is an experienced information manager and consultant specializing in IT security and GDPR compliance. Currently serving as an Informatiemanager IV/IT a.i. at CIZ since February 2024, Paula has also held impactful roles as Functionaris Gegevensbescherming at De Wagenparkbeheerders and as a board member of the SIG Informatiebeveiliging & IT Security for Koninklijke Nederlandse Vereniging van Informatieprofessionals. With over two decades in the fields of vehicle fleet management and data protection, Paula's expertise spans various sectors including public administration, where contributions have been made to organizations such as UWV and the Municipality of Dordrecht. Alongside a solid educational background in management and cyber security, Paula founded Clavis, a consultancy focused on organizational development and cyber security.
