Alex Lattimer

Alex Lattimer has extensive work experience in various roles at Flexitallic and Flexitallic UK Ltd. At Flexitallic, they currently hold the position of New Energy Business Development Director, focusing on emerging technologies, energy transition, and hydrogen. Alex is also responsible for leading the solid oxide fuel cell material business. Prior to this, they served as the Strategic Sales & Marketing Director, where they executed the strategic direction of sales and marketing programs.

At Flexitallic UK Ltd, Alex has held several roles, including Director Thermiculite & SOFC, Sheet & Specialty Materials Director, Product Line Director, Marketing and Academy Director, and Commercial Director. In these positions, they were responsible for various aspects of marketing, product development, and business growth in different regions.

Alex Lattimer obtained an MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath, studying from 1997 to 2002. Later, in 2009 and 2010, they pursued an Accelerated Talent Development Programme (ATDP) in Business Administration and Management, General at Cranfield School of Management. In 2019 and 2020, Alex completed the Made Smarter Leadership Programme at Lancaster University.
