Erika Abordo-Laino

Erika Abordo-Laino is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and family health. Currently serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at The Floating Hospital since November 2012, Erika provides primary care services to underserved populations, including the homeless and victims of domestic violence, across several boroughs of New York City. Prior experience includes work as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Nyack Hospital, where care was provided to acute care patients, and as a Staff Nurse on the Medical/Surgical Floor specializing in Neurology at Wilson Memorial Hospital, where patient assessments and care plans were a focus. Erika holds a Master's degree in Family Health/Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Binghamton University.
