The Leadership Team at The Floating Hospital is responsible for strategic oversight and operational management to ensure the fulfillment of the organization's mission. This team comprises roles such as the President and General Counsel, Vice Presidents of Development, Human Resources, Communications and Marketing, and the Executive Vice President, Chief Medical Officer. Together, they guide policy, secure funding, manage human resources, oversee medical quality, and engage with the community to provide high-quality, compassionate healthcare services to New York City’s underserved populations.
