Benjamin Gilbert

Benjamin Gilbert is a seasoned professional in commercial strategy and client partnerships, currently serving as the Commercial Director at The Floow since July 2025 and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Benjamin held significant positions including Managing Director and Head of Private Capital Markets Distribution at Peel Hunt from June 2023 to June 2025, and various leadership roles at Pictet Asset Management from September 2017 to June 2023. Benjamin's earlier career includes serving as Senior Vice President at Raymond James and Vice President at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., as well as beginning as an Associate Underwriter at Catlin.
