Matthew Prudhomme

Matthew Prudhomme is an experienced cultivation manager currently working at The Flowery since March 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew served as Assistant Cultivation Manager at Surterra Wellness, where responsibilities included launching a new cultivation facility and managing production schedules and personnel across six departments. Matthew's experience also includes positions at NETA as a Cultivation R&D Technician and Flower Team Leader, and earlier roles in agricultural settings, such as Intern Grower at Boston Greens and Farm Hand at the University of Rhode Island. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Sciences from the University of Rhode Island, completed in May 2018.
