Mark Heidel

Mark Heidel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations across various industries. As Principal Owner and General Manager of The Flying Locksmiths in Detroit North since November 2016, Mark oversees commercial security and locksmith services, including access control and CCTV solutions. Prior to this role, Mark served as SVP of Operations and New Business Development at BDS Marketing, where leadership focused on developing new verticals and client services. Mark's earlier experience includes serving as VP of Field Sales at Handleman, managing multiple business units and a large sales team, and as Director of Sales and Marketing at Pepsi Cola, leading a high-performing team and achieving substantial revenue growth. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Michigan University.
