Dan Kennedy

Dan Kennedy is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at The FOCUS Group since November 2023, Dan focuses on donor development consultancy for nonprofits. Previously, as Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Boaz Research from January 2022 to November 2023, Dan provided strategic market research solutions. Dan's entrepreneurial spirit was evident in the founding and leadership of Kumveka from July 2009 to December 2021, delivering top-tier services to over 60 global clients. Prior roles include Director of Marketing at Leadership Development International, where Dan established a marketing department for an educational firm in China, Marketing Director at Family Christian Stores, and Sales & Brand Management at Procter & Gamble. Dan holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed the Praxis Venture Academy in 2022, focusing on Redemptive Entrepreneurship.
