Vince Burens

Vince Burens is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership and consulting. Currently, Vince serves as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Consultant at The FOCUS Group since May 2021 and holds a Board Member position at UNSHATTERED since July 2022. As Chairman of the Board for Pittsburgh Fellows since January 2003, Vince focuses on mentoring young professionals and teaching leadership formation as an adjunct professor. Vince previously led CCO Campus Ministry as CEO/President from 2001 to May 2021, achieving significant growth that expanded the organization's reach to 153 campuses and over $22 million in annual revenue. Vince has also held leadership roles at Praxis and Robert Morris University while pursuing a Masters in Arts and Religion at Trinity Anglican Seminary. Vince completed a BA in Urban Development, Political Science, and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
