Urmi Dutta-Roy

Urmi Dutta-Roy holds extensive experience in financial leadership and governance, currently serving as Chair of the People, Finance and Resources Committee and Independent Governor at London Metropolitan University since May 2021. Additionally, Urmi is a Board Trustee at The London Community Foundation and Chief Financial Officer at The Folio Society Ltd. Previous roles include Managing Director at ADR Financial Solutions and Finance Director at UBM plc. An active member of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, Urmi is also a Fellow (FRSA) and has co-chaired London's Inclusive Leadership Round Table Networking Group. Academic credentials include Executive MBAs from the University of Warwick and The University of British Columbia, as well as several other advanced degrees and qualifications.
