The Leadership Team at The Fono, comprising the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Development Officer, and Chief Financial Officer/Director Corporate Services, is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the effective management of the organization. They oversee the development and implementation of policies, financial planning, and service innovation to reduce health inequalities and deliver culturally appropriate care across all locations, promoting well-being and safety within the communities they serve.
