Ashley Colpaart

Ashley Colpaart is the CEO of The Food Corridor. Ashley has a background in teaching and researching childhood nutrition. Ashley Colpaart has been with The Food Corridor since 2012. Prior to that, they were an Instructor at Texas State University and a Children and Balance Researcher and Project Assistant at Tufts University.

Ashley Colpaart has a Doctor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Studies- Food Science & Food Safety from Colorado State University. Ashley also has a M.S. in Food Policy & Applied Nutrition from Tufts University and a B.S. in Nutrition and Foods from Texas State University.
