Brian Riley

Brian Riley has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Brian is currently serving as the President and CEO of The Foothills Bank - Division of Glacier Bancorp since March 2020. Additionally, they hold positions as a Board Member at Oxford Life Insurance Company and Clearinghouse CDFI. In the past, they have served as a Director, President & CEO of Mohave State Bank from 2009 to 2020. Brian has also held executive positions at Harbor Bank and Trust, Goldleaf Financial Solutions, and PriVest Bank. Furthermore, Brian has also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Concordia University Irvine. Brian has also contributed to the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco as a Board of Directors member. Recently, they have also been appointed as a Board Member at ROOSEVELT ROW COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

Brian Riley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 1990. Prior to that, they attended Chaffey College from 1983 to 1985. In 1998, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance at California Baptist University, which they completed in 1999. In 1991, they attended the Drucker School of Management for a period of one year to study Business. In 2006, they obtained a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from Boston University, completing it in 2007.
