Randon Cupp

Randon Cupp has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on leadership roles. Randon started their career in 2003 at JPMorgan Chase, where they worked as the Northern AZ Area Manager for almost ten years. In 2013, Cupp joined OneAZ Credit Union as the Regional President, responsible for overseeing the retail and commercial divisions in Northern Arizona. Randon held this role until 2018 when they joined The Foothills Bank as the Regional President, leading the establishment of a community bank in Flagstaff.

Randon Cupp attended the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
