Emilie Ji

Associate at The Footprint Firm

Prior to joining The Footprint Firm and alongside her studies, Emilie has worked as a consultant for different organizations on projects related to corporate sustainability, impact assessments and strategy development including estimating environmental risks and opportunities for the German q-commerce service DeliveryHero and formulating a green mobility strategy for the educational institution ESCP Business School.

Emilie is passionate about sustainability and regeneration with a specific interest in the intersection between environmental degradation and social injustice. Her exposure to both French and Chinese culture has offered her an understanding of the socio-ecological challenges met by the Global North and Global South. Therefore, she believes that a holistic and multi-stakeholder approach is necessary to achieve true sustainability.

Emilie is currently a volunteer at Actory, an interdisciplinary association with the aim of creating short and long-term sustainable change through co-creation.

Emilie holds a Master of Science in International Sustainability Management from ESCP Business School (Berlin, Paris) and a Bachelor in Business Administration at ESSEC Business School (Paris, Singapore), with part of her degree completed at Copenhagen Business School.
