Jakob Blindum

Jakob has +10 years of management consulting and business development experience working primarily with strategy and transformation projects.

Before joining The Footprint Firm, Jakob worked for +2 years as Director of Business Development in Arla Foods responsible for Strategy & Business Development in Arla’s International markets (outside Europe) as well as leading a team of global business development managers across the globe.

Before Arla, Jakob was a Manager at QVARTZ (now Bain & Co), where he advised in the Consumer Goods and Private Equity sector. Jakob’s project experience includes strategy, transformation, commercial excellence, organization, sourcing excellence, and M&A. Jakob’s industry experience also covers engagements in the automotive, energy, and construction sectors.

Prior to QVARTZ, Jakob worked for 2 years as a consultant in Booz & Company (now Strategy&) living in Amsterdam.

Jakob holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Modelling & Computation from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) with a focus on applied statistics and operational research. Part of his degree was completed at RMIT in Melbourne.
