Mikkel Hove Ellegaard Pedersen

Mikkel has 2 years of management consulting experience at the intersection of sustainability and corporate strategy, innovation, and operations. He thrives at solving complex problems related to sustainability and developing solutions that reconcile financial and environmental objectives.

From the beginning of his career, Mikkel has advised start-ups, established companies, and public institutions on their journeys towards sustainability. He has experience with leveraging sustainability strategies to drive value creation, setting science based GHG-emission targets, crafting decarbonization pathways, and identifying and accelerating business innovations that hold strong commercial value and deliver significant sustainable impact.

Mikkel holds a Master of Science in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining The Footprint Firm, Mikkel worked in Monitor Deloitte, the strategy consulting practice of Deloitte Consulting, where he was part of the SDG Strategy and Innovation practice.
