Gregory Dixon has a diverse work experience in various educational and business development roles. Gregory started their career in 2004 as an Administrator at The Montessori Country School, where they were responsible for operational planning, marketing, and policy development. Gregory also increased new enrollment and school exposure during their tenure. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the President of The Dixon Group, an educational marketing firm. Gregory then joined Sylvan Learning Centre as a Regional Director and later became the President of Sylvan Learning. In their role, they managed customer service, trained directors, and facilitated partnerships. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as the Head of School at Montessori School of Louisville, where they doubled the school size and opened new elementary classrooms.
