Aden Bliss has a strong background in finance and operations, with extensive experience in overseeing financial and administrative functions for various organizations. Responsibilities have included overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and managing relationships with financial partners. Aden has also led initiatives to improve transparency and efficiency, resulting in significant cost savings and increased net income. With a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, Aden is well-equipped to handle complex financial matters and drive strategic decision-making.

As a place-based funder in rural Oregon and Siskiyou County, California, The Ford Family Foundation focuses its grant making, scholarship programs and community building support on its mission of “successful citizens and vital rural communities.” We are proudly located in the Umpqua Valley, the heart of Douglas County, Oregon. A Scholarship Office in Eugene provides individualized student supports for the Foundation’s scholarship recipients.
