David Forde is a seasoned academic and business consultant, currently serving as a Business Consultant at The Forde Firm since March 2021. Forde has held prominent academic positions, including Professor and Chair of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of North Florida from July 2013 to September 2018, and Associate Dean of Liberal Arts and Life Sciences at the University of North Texas at Dallas from August 2010 to June 2013. Forde also served as a Professor of Sociology at the University of Alabama and as a Professor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Memphis, along with earlier roles at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Manitoba. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Alberta, an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Manitoba, and a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Victoria.
