Keith L. Horn

Keith Horn is an experienced executive with a portfolio of leadership positions across various sectors, including finance, biopharmaceuticals, and special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs). Currently serving as Executive Chairman of The Forest Road Company since December 2019, Horn also holds board positions at Amarin Corporation and Investcorp. As the Founder and Managing Member of Loring Capital Advisors, Horn has been instrumental in providing strategic guidance to startups and established firms alike. Horn's past roles include Chief Executive Officer and Director of FRX and board memberships at companies such as ShopOne Centers REIT and Sarissa Capital Acquisition Corp. Horn’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University, a Doctor of Law from Georgetown University Law Center, and a FinTech certificate from Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
