Joanna Vlahos

Joanna Vlahos is an experienced professional currently serving as an Eating Disorder Technician III at Discovery Behavioral Health since October 2022 and as a Crisis Intervention and Impact Evaluation Intern with the Forestry and Fire Recruitment Program since August 2023. Joanna is also a Graduate Research Assistant at California State University, Los Angeles, where enrollment is active since February 2023, pursuing a Master of Social Work. Previously, Joanna worked as a Child Welfare Intern at El Monte City School District and as a Lead Client Assistant at PCH Treatment Center. Additional experience includes roles such as Social Media Strategist at Ceremony Health, Writer for Lampoon Magazine, and Director of Sales/Creative Associate at Backbite. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics from New York University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
