Director - Transitional Jobs, Atlas HOPE Program at The Fortune Society

Dennis Adams, MSOL, currently serves as the Program Director for the Transitional Jobs, Atlas HOPE Program at The Fortune Society since May 2024. Previously, Dennis held various leadership roles at The Door - A Center of Alternatives, including Director of Career and Education Pathways, where oversight of Manhattan and Bronx locations was achieved while managing a $2M budget. Additional experience encompasses roles as Assistant Director and Supervisor of Outreach, Training, and Strategic Partnerships, with a focus on workforce development and strategic initiatives. Dennis's background also includes directorship roles at West Indies School of Theology, procurement management at RAJ Collection, and a clinical internship at Central South University. Dennis earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Lehman College and possesses a diverse educational background including a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Central South University.
