Fouad Abillama, MPA, is an experienced housing professional with a strong background in social services and public policy. Currently serving as Housing Administrator at The Fortune Society since October 2021, Fouad has previously held positions such as Housing Specialist at Urban Resource Institute and Leasing Specialist at Breaking Ground. With experience as an Interpreter for the NYS Unified Court System, along with roles as a Youth Counselor and Substitute Teacher, Fouad demonstrates a diverse skill set in communication, administration, and tenant support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Affairs with a focus on housing policy from Baruch College, a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics, all complemented by a commitment to community service.
