Camille Santrach is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at The Founders Arena since September 2023. Previously, Camille held the position of Program Support Manager at Higher Ground Education from March 2023 to September 2023 and worked as a Program Manager at The Venture Center from July 2022 to March 2023. Camille’s background also includes a Primary Diploma Trainee role at Montessori Center of Minnesota and various positions at Barclays, including VP and AVP of Innovation Programs and Partnerships. At Goldman Sachs, Camille progressed from Analyst to Associate within the Marcus division. Early career experiences include roles as a Senior Admissions Interviewer and Consulting Intern, illustrating a strong foundation in both educational and corporate environments. Camille holds a degree from the College of the Holy Cross, completed in 2015.
