Marshall Smith

Marshall Smith is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the WealthTech sector. Currently serving as a Board Observer at Fispoke™ and Managing Director at First Rate Ventures, Marshall leads corporate venture capital strategy and development. As a co-founder of WealthTech Strategy Partners and The Founders Arena, Marshall focuses on scaling WealthTech companies. Additionally, Marshall holds advisory and investor roles at OWL ESG, Inc., ListButler AI, and RegAlytics. With a long tenure at First Rate, Inc., Marshall has held multiple key positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer, while also contributing to Vistage Worldwide as a member of a CEO peer advisory group. Marshall earned a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and participated in an exchange program at UC Santa Barbara.
