Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of The-Founders IL since January 2020, Aviad leads a company offering tailored financial services for startups. Additionally, since May 2022, Aviad has been Co-Founder and CEO of Peak Ventures, an investment firm democratizing venture capital investments in Israel's most promising startups. Previous roles include serving as a Jolter at Jolt.io, educating professionals in Unit Economics, and holding key financial positions at Woobi as VP Finance, Curve Tech Ltd as CFO, and Hagshama as a Financial Analyst. Aviad’s career began as a Business Consultant at Double Check. Aviad holds a BA in Business Management with a Finance specialization from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
