Traci Keen

Traci Keen is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with extensive expertise in the healthcare and finance sectors. Currently, as the Founder and CEO of a stealth startup since April 2024, Traci is focused on innovating within the fertility and specialty healthcare landscape. Additionally, Traci serves as a Graduate in Residence at StartOut, mentoring emerging entrepreneurs on sustainable growth strategies, and as a UBS Fellow at The Fourth Effect, advancing women's representation on corporate boards. Previous roles include CEO of mate fertility, where Traci led strategic direction and financial management, and various financial leadership positions, including Consulting Controller/CFO at Keen Consulting and Director of Financial Planning at RFX Inc. Traci holds a B.A. in Graphic Design & Fine Art from Simmons University.
