Alana Steele serves as the Chief Legal & Policy Officer at Ivy Energy, focusing on policies to enhance solar deployment for multi-unit buildings and facilitate property owners' investment recovery in solar systems since August 2023. Additionally, Alana holds the position of Advisory Board Member at Fortify Wellness, Inc., and serves as a UBS Fellow at The Fourth Effect, which fosters the inclusion of women in the board candidate pipeline. As the owner of Altadena Community Investments LLC, Alana promotes local investment in properties for small businesses. Past roles include Renewable Energy Regulatory Counsel at Cleantech Law Partners and Energy Law Attorney at a private practice, with significant experience at Western Wind Energy Corp. as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Alana’s educational background includes a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Westminster University.
