Irma Cedeno Verdon is the Founder and CEO of Diáfano, a company established in January 2020 that revolutionizes language training methodologies by offering specialized and personalized programs tailored to corporate and employee needs. Irma also serves as a UBS Fellow at The Fourth Effect, an AI-powered investment marketplace, and previously held roles such as Change Agent Fellow at Black Girl Ventures and Adjunct Professor at Berkeley College and New York University. With experience as an English Instructor through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) (JET) and as a Writer for Reader's Digest Association, Irma's diverse background encompasses education, writing, and community engagement. Irma holds degrees from New York University and has furthered academic pursuits at Cornell University and the University of Oxford.
