Kat de Haën first started her entrepreneurial journey as an inventor of a popular consumer beauty product which she brought to market internationally. She then went on to launch an upscale silk fashion line with production facilities in NYC and China. Kat started her career in sales and product development in the fashion industry working with major retailers across the spectrum from Bloomingdale's to Walmart. She is passionate about women’s initiatives and evolving new opportunities to support other change-makers, leaders, and founders. She delights in bringing together people who can help each other in business, career, and life.
