Yaneris M. Rosa

Yaneris M. Rosa serves as the Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at WWE, where responsibilities also include co-chairing the Women's Affinity Group. Yaneris M. Rosa is a board member of the Council on Legal Education Opportunity (CLEO) and a Beta User for The Fourth Effect, a platform aimed at increasing women's representation on corporate boards. Previously, Yaneris M. Rosa held the position of General Counsel Americas at Resideo, managing legal matters for Security and Safety and Buoy Businesses post-Honeywell spinoff. Experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel at Honeywell, Associate General Counsel at Planet Payment, Chief Marketing Officer at CouchConnect, Corporate Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, and Research Assistant at Harvard Law School. Yaneris M. Rosa obtained a JD from Harvard Law School, a BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University, and participated in a study abroad program focusing on African Diaspora Studies.
