Terry Darland

Terry Darland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fragrance and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Grayson Company since 2023, Terry is also an Advisory Board Member for The Fragrance Foundation and a Board Member for Promise Project, both positions held since 2021. Previously, Terry worked as an Independent Consultant for Guidepoint from 2021 to 2022 and was a Board Member for CEW from 2016 to 2022. Terry's leadership roles include serving as President, North America for Parfums Christian Dior (2008-2021) and Senior Vice President, North America for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics (2004-2008). Additionally, Terry's early career at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. spanned from 1980 to 2004, culminating in the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing, which encompassed managing brands like Aramis and Tommy Hilfiger.
