Larry Weaver is an experienced consultant with a proven track record in franchise development and management. Since January 2017, Larry has been with The Franchise Consulting Company, specializing in matching clients' interests with franchise opportunities to help achieve financial freedom. Previously, Larry served as a Master License Franchisee for Seniors Helping Seniors, where significant regional development was achieved, and sales were drastically increased. Between 1986 and 2012, Larry owned and operated nine Subway locations, contributing to market growth and brand advancement while also serving on the SFAFT board to manage a substantial advertising budget. Larry's career began at General Motors, where quality control and process management were key responsibilities. Larry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
