Previously, Mike was the President of Len's Coffee and held the position of Principal and Franchise Specialist at FranNet New England, where expertise was developed in consulting with high-earning executives on franchise options. As the Founder and President of Test Exchange, Mike created the concept and defined key business elements for a successful launch. Mike also served as the Owner and Franchise Area Developer for ActionCoach of New York and held various executive roles at Telcordia Technologies, focusing on new business opportunities. Mike holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Delaware.
