Gim Liu

Gim Liu is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and systems administration. Currently employed at The Francis Crick Institute since January 2020, Gim has held multiple roles, including End User Systems Administrator and IT&S Support Engineer, focusing on providing efficient 1st and 2nd line support and managing technical issues through various channels. Previously, Gim worked as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Jones Knowles Ritchie, offering internal support for macOS and Windows systems and implementing new technologies. Earlier experience includes a role as Counter Assistant at Watsons Pharmacy and a student volunteer position at Greenwich and Bexley Cottage Hospice. Gim holds a BSc in Economics from Queen Mary University of London and completed GCSEs at Dartford Grammar School.
