Jessica Carmody

Jessica Carmody serves as the Head of Enterprise Systems Change at The Francis Crick Institute and as a Board Member for Making Space Charity. With a focus on advising non-profits and charities, Jessica has held the role of Transformation and Change Executive for various organizations, facilitating effective transformation initiatives. Previous experience includes leading a multi-disciplined team as Head of Business Change at NHS England, where improvements in patient outcomes were implemented across over 200 NHS trusts and Integrated Care Systems. Additionally, as Interim Head of Change and Transformation at Dimensions UK, Jessica successfully directed programme delivery teams to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Oxford.
