Rahul Erik Saxena

Rahul Erik Saxena is currently serving as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at The Francis Crick Institute since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rahul held various key positions at bp from October 2009 to July 2020, including Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, where leadership of a global Ethics and Compliance team was undertaken, and Associate General Counsel and Head of Ethics and Compliance for Global IST. Rahul's earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel at RBS Sempra Metals from March 2004 to October 2009, overseeing legal, compliance, and anti-money laundering teams. Academic credentials include an LL.B. from the University of Toronto (1989) and a BA from McGill University (1985).
