The Franklin Institute
Chris Rizzo has significant work experience in the cultural and entertainment industry. From 2007 onwards, Chris served as the Vice President of Business Operations at The Franklin Institute. In this role, Chris was responsible for overseeing various aspects of the institute's operations, such as the box office, call center, online ticket sales, and revenue accounting. Chris also managed guest service functions, including floor staff and special exhibition operations, as well as ancillary revenue components like theaters, retail, food and beverage, parking, and attraction experiences. Prior to this position, Chris held the role of Director of Admissions at The Philadelphia Zoo from 2003 to 2007.
