Christine Pate has extensive experience in the field of information technology. Christine is currently serving as the Assistant Director of IT Application and Operation Services at The Franklin Institute since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Information Technology at Carson Valley Children's Aid from March 2016 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing IT operations across multiple locations, collaborating with senior leadership, and managing network infrastructure and information systems.

Before their role at Carson Valley Children's Aid, Christine worked as a Project Manager at Community Behavioral Health from April 2013 to March 2016. Here, they developed and managed implementation project plans, established best practices for requirements gathering, and collaborated with various stakeholders to drive system implementation.

From February 2010 to April 2013, they served as the Information Technology Coordinator at the Office of Addiction Services (OAS). In this role, they developed and managed database systems, created financial and employee reports, and provided IT support to program managers and employees.

Earlier in their career, Christine was the Manager of Application Development at Community Behavioral Health Company from 2001 to 2006.

Christine Pate attended Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University) from 2001 to 2006. Christine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems during this time.
