The Franklin Institute
Laura Chapleau is an experienced guest experience manager currently overseeing museum operations at The Franklin Institute, focusing on ticketing and guest services to enhance visitor experiences since May 2022. Previously, Laura held the position of Manager of Training at Pacific Sunwear, where responsibilities included conducting training across multiple Northeast districts, recruiting diverse teams, and managing retail units. Laura also served as Assistant Manager at Groupe Dynamite and Hot Topic, demonstrating a strong background in staff training, loss prevention, and customer service. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from the State University of New York College at Purchase.
