Andrea T. Sanseverino Galan

Andrea T. Sanseverino Galan currently serves as Chief Growth Officer and Head of North America at The Fred Hollows Foundation since January 2022. Andrea has been a member of Chief, a network aimed at supporting women in leadership positions, since November 2020. Previous experience includes roles as Global Director of Development and Communications at Lumos, Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer at China Institute, and Vice President for Advancement at the Manhattan School of Music. Andrea has also served as Senior Director of Foundation and Institutional Giving at Americas Society/Council of the Americas, an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, and Brand Manager for Valextra at Saks Fifth Avenue. Andrea's early career included positions at the State of Ohio Arts Council and the Center for Arts and Culture. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in European Cultural Policy and Administration from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Administration and Theatre from Goucher College.
