David Britton

David Britton has extensive experience in public affairs, currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs at The Fred Hollows Foundation since 2006. Prior to this role, David was a Founding Partner at Hawker Britton Group Pty Ltd from 1998 to 2006, establishing one of Australia's leading public affairs firms with a presence in all major mainland capitals. Earlier in his career, David worked as a Press Secretary for the Premier of New South Wales, Bob Carr MP, from 1988 to 1998.
