Emma Gachoki

Emma Gachoki currently serves as the People & Organizational Development Advisor for The Fred Hollows Foundation, focusing on the Africa, Middle East, and UK regions since May 2024. Prior to this role, Emma held the position of People and Culture Officer at Mantrac Kenya Ltd from September 2014 to November 2023. Emma’s career began at Deloitte, where roles included Business Analyst and Administration Assistant in Human Capital from July 2012 to August 2014, followed by a position as Human Resources Assistant at Consumer Insight from January 2011 to June 2012. Emma possesses a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Nairobi, and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology also from the University of Nairobi, along with a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya Institute of Management.
