Katrina Fanning AO PSM is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in Indigenous affairs and community engagement. Currently serving as Director at The Fred Hollows Foundation and the Canberra Raiders, as well as directing Coolamon Advisors to enhance value for Indigenous Australians, Fanning has demonstrated a commitment to innovative solutions for complex issues. As Chairperson of the Australian Rugby League Indigenous Council, Fanning has played a pivotal role in developing the NRL Reconciliation Action Plan and advocating for Indigenous representation. Previous roles include Head of Secretariat for the Coalition of Peaks and General Manager Operations at Aboriginal Hostels Limited. Fanning's experience spans various high-level positions, including National Manager Indigenous Services at Centrelink, where significant strategies to support Indigenous communities were implemented. Fanning is also an alumna of Harvard Business School.
