Mesfin Tadesse

Mesfin Tadesse is an experienced professional in strategic leadership and management, currently serving as Cluster Director for Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Eritrea at The Fred Hollows Foundation since May 2021. Prior roles include Deputy Country Director at SNV Ethiopia from August 2015 to May 2021, and Operations Director at Oxfam GB from October 2010 to August 2015, where Mesfin managed significant projects and business operations. Earlier experience includes serving as HR & Administration Director at Save the Children UK from October 2005 to October 2010 and as a Senior HR Officer at SNV from May 2004 to October 2005. Mesfin holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Addis Ababa University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution.
