Lorriane McGinley

From a young age, Lorraine realized that her destiny was to work in learning disability care services. In 2008 she was instrumental in setting up the Supported Living Service in Milton Keynes managing the service from 2008 until 2020 when she took on the role of Operations Manager of Older People services at the Trust. Lorraine is inspired by the people around her; believing that by understanding and listening to others, you can make a real difference to the quality of life of those around you.
