Donna Duwe is an accomplished sales executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Sales at The Fresh Factory since August 2024. Prior to this role, Donna held the position of Sales Director at TH Foods Inc. from 2007 to August 2024, where responsibilities included strategic planning and leadership for premium snack sales, with a notable achievement of growing sales by $30 million. Previous experience includes serving as Group Sales Manager and Specialty Brand Manager at TH Foods Inc., along with a role as Director of Sales Administration at Berner Foods, Inc., overseeing a $75 million revenue operation. Donna's career began at Dairy Source as a Sales and Accounting Coordinator. Donna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
